I’ve been to Cosmetic Cave twice now. My first visit was for BIAB nails with extensions by Emily and this was my first experience getting BIAB after wanting to try it for a while and I loved them! I felt so welcome from the second I walked into the salon and we spoke as if we’d known eachother for years from the get-go which is so comforting when receiving a service.

My second visit was for lip filler dissolver with Cholie and the confidence this girl has given me back is completely unmatched. She talked me through everything and did everything she could to restore my lips and make me feel at ease after I got filler done elsewhere which I was unhappy with. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with any treatments to my face now.

The services here are completely unmatched, I couldn’t recommend these girls more and I can’t wait to come back🥰

booked in at Cosmetic Cave in St Ives for my first BroTox treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was worried it might look obvious, but Cholie explained everything clearly and made sure the results were natural — just a fresher, more rested version of me.

The whole process was quick, comfortable, and professional. You can tell she really knows her stuff when it comes to anti-wrinkle injections for men. My friends keep saying I look well, but no one can tell exactly why — which is exactly what I wanted.

If you’re a guy thinking about trying Botox in St Ives, I can’t recommend Cosmetic Cave enough.
